Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A person shall not
bring into the State from elsewhere any coat, fodder, machinery, sack, seed,
wool pack or restricted animal without first giving to the Protection
Board —
(a)
notice, in the manner prescribed, of his intention to do so; and
(b) such
particulars relating to that coat, fodder, machinery, sack, seed, wool pack or
animal, as may be prescribed.
(2) All coats, fodder,
machinery, sacks, seed, wool packs and restricted animals entering the State
from elsewhere, shall immediately on arrival be delivered into the custody of
an inspector or authorised person.
Penalty: For a first offence under
subsection (1) or (2), not more than $500; for any subsequent offence
under the same subsection, not more than $2 000.
