Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) An agency special
purpose account called the Declared Plants and Animals Control Account is
established under section 16 of the Financial Management Act 2006 to
which all rates recovered under section 60 or 61 are to be credited.

(3)(a) This subsection
applies to the financial year commencing on 1 July 1982 and to each
financial year thereafter.
(b) In
each financial year to which this subsection applies a sum equal to the rates
recovered by the Commissioner in that year under section 60 shall be
appropriated from the Consolidated Account, without authority other than that
of this subsection, and credited to the Control Account.
(4) The costs of
assessing, receiving and recovering rates under sections 60 and 61 shall
be charged to the Consolidated Account without authority other than that of
this subsection, but where in any financial year those costs, as determined by
the Commissioner, exceed the sum of $10 000, or such greater sum as is
approved from time to time by the Treasurer, the Protection Board shall upon
receipt of a certificate from the Commissioner certifying the amount of that
excess charge to the Control Account and credit to the Consolidated Account a
sum equal to the amount of that excess.
