Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The provisions of
section 58 are in addition to and not in derogation of any other
provision, whether of this Act or another Act, conferring power on the
Protection Board or an inspector or authorised person to control declared
plants and declared animals.
(2) Nothing in
section 58 limits or otherwise affects the application of
Divisions 2, 3 and 4 to and in relation to land if, and to the extent
that, declared plants or declared animals are not controlled on and in
relation to that land pursuant to operational work carried out under the
provisions of that section.
