Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Protection
Board may, from time to time with the written approval of the Minister, by
written authorisation under seal, delegate to a local government the power to
exercise all or any of the powers of the Protection Board or of inspectors and
authorised persons under sections 50 and 52 in relation to private land
situated within the district of the local government and in relation to owners
and occupiers of that land.
(2) A delegation under
this section shall have effect according to its tenor and shall be revocable
at the will of the Protection Board and no delegation shall prevent the
exercise of any power by the Protection Board or an inspector or authorised
person.
