Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Protection
Board and an owner or occupier, or both, of private land may enter into
agreements for the supply by the Protection Board to the owner or occupier, or
both, of materials, appliances and services for the control of declared plants
and declared animals at such cost as shall be agreed.
(2) Subject to such
limitations as may be prescribed the Protection Board and the owner or
occupier, or both, of land, as parties to an agreement referred to in
subsection (1) may agree to extend or vary the agreement from time to
time or to discharge the agreement.
