AGRICULTURE AND RELATED RESOURCES PROTECTION ACT 1976 - SECT 48

48 .         Notice of declared plants and animals, etc. to be given by occupier

                An occupier of any private land who finds or learns that declared plants or declared animals or signs or marks of declared animals are present on that land shall forthwith notify the Protection Board or an inspector or authorised person.

        Penalty: $200.
