Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Subject to the
provisions of the Local Government Act 1995 the Protection Board and a
local government may enter into agreements for the supply by the Protection
Board to the local government of materials, appliances and services for the
control of declared plants and declared animals at such cost as shall be
agreed.
(2) Subject to such
limitations as may be prescribed, and to the provisions of the
Local Government Act 1995 , the Protection Board and a local government,
as parties to an agreement referred to in subsection (1), may agree to
extend or vary the agreement from time to time, or to discharge the agreement.
