Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Protection
Board and a Government department may enter into agreements for the supply by
the Protection Board to the Government department of materials, appliances and
services for the control of declared plants and declared animals at such costs
as shall be agreed.
(2) Subject to such
limitations as may be prescribed the Protection Board and a Government
department, as parties to an agreement referred to in subsection (1), may
agree to extend or vary the agreement from time to time, or to discharge the
agreement.
