Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) An inspector or
authorised person who finds declared plants or declared animals or signs or
marks of declared animals on or in the vicinity of public land that is under
the control of a Government department shall notify the department of that
fact.
(2) An inspector or
authorised person may advise a Government department as to the measures that
should be taken by it to control declared plants and declared animals on and
in relation to land under its control.
