Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) In this section
reference to the provisions of an Act includes reference to the provisions of
any regulation, local law, by-law, Order in Council, proclamation,
declaration, and notice, made, given or promulgated under the provisions of
that Act.
(2) This
Act shall be construed in conjunction with the
Agriculture Protection Board Act 1950 as if that Act had been
incorporated with and formed part of this Act but where the provisions of this
Act are in conflict or inconsistent with those of that Act, the
provisions of that Act shall, to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency,
prevail.
(3) Where the
provisions of the Bush Fires Act 1954 are in conflict or inconsistent
with those of this Act the provisions of that Act shall, to the
extent of the conflict or inconsistency, prevail.
