AGRICULTURE AND RELATED RESOURCES PROTECTION ACT 1976 - SECT 12

12 .         Expenses of administration

        (1)         The expenses of the Minister in connection with the administration of this Act shall be paid out of moneys from time to time appropriated by Parliament for that purpose.

        (2)         Except as otherwise provided by this Act the expenses of the Protection Board in connection with the administration of this Act shall be charged to the Agriculture Protection Board Account referred to in section 9 of the Agriculture Protection Board Act 1950 .
