Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts A person who commits
an offence against this Act for which no penalty is specifically provided is
liable on conviction to —
(a) for
a first offence, $1 000 or imprisonment for 9 months;
(b) for
a second or subsequent offence, $5 000 or imprisonment for
12 months.
