Western Australian Consolidated Acts Any person generally
or specifically authorised in writing by the Minister for that purpose may in
any legal proceedings in any court to which a person of Aboriginal descent is
a party, or in which a person of Aboriginal descent is indicted for or charged
with any crime or offence, address the court or the jury on behalf of that
person and examine and cross-examine witnesses.
