Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts No application for the
grant of any interest, licence, right, title or estate under any Act which
would operate in relation to any land to which this Part applies —
(a)
shall be refused without the prior consent of the Authority;
(b)
shall be processed except in consultation with the Authority;
(c)
shall be taken to be approved unless the approval of the Authority, and any
terms and conditions to which it may be subject, is referred to in the
document evidencing the grant.
Provided that nothing
in this section shall affect or be construed to derogate from the operation of
the Mining Act 1904 3 or the
Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Resources Act 1967 or any other Act
relating to minerals or petroleum.
