Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister may
grant a licence to a body corporate to conduct adoption services and to
perform other functions for the purposes of this Act.
(2) An application for
a licence can only be made during a period of time set by the Minister as a
period during which applications for licences can be made.
(3) The Minister is to
publish the periods of time set under subsection (2) in such manner as
the Minister thinks is appropriate.
