Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) In proceedings for
an application for an adoption order, any person may apply for leave to
intervene in the proceedings and the Court may make an order entitling the
person to intervene in the proceedings.
(2) The CEO may
intervene in the proceedings for an application for an adoption order in
relation to a child.
(3) A person who,
under subsection (1) or (2), intervenes in proceedings, is to be treated
as a party to the proceedings with all the rights, duties and liabilities of a
party, unless the Court otherwise orders.
