Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The CEO is to
provide assistance and mediation services to persons in the process of
negotiating an adoption plan under section 46(1) or (3)(b) or a variation
to an adoption plan so negotiated.
(2) If requested, the
CEO is to provide assistance and mediation services to persons in the process
of negotiating an adoption plan under section 55 or a variation to an
adoption plan so negotiated.
