ADOPTION ACT 1994 - SECT 43

43 .         Reasons for decision

                The CEO is to give to the applicant — 

            (a)         written advice of the adoption applications committee’s decision; and

            (b)         after the decision is made — 

                  (i)         written reasons for the decision; and

                  (ii)         a copy of the assessment report,

                if requested by the applicant.
