Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The person who
prepares the assessment report under section 40(1) is to provide the
report to the adoption applications committee.
(2) In performing its
functions under section 13, the adoption applications committee is to
have regard to the information and recommendations in the assessment report
and any other relevant information.
