Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) If a person who is
18 or more years of age contravenes a parentage testing order or an order
under section 26E, the person is not liable to any penalty in relation to
the contravention.
(2) The Court may draw
such inferences from the contravention as appear just in the circumstances.
(3) Nothing in
subsection (1) prevents an order made under section 26E(4) in
relation to costs from being enforced and such order may be enforced as if it
were an order made by the Court under the Family Court Act 1997 .
