Western Australian Consolidated Acts A person, not being a
private adoption agency, is not to hold himself, herself or itself out as
being, or pretend to be, or make use of any words or letters or any name,
title, abbreviation, or description that implies or tends to encourage the
belief that he, she or it is a private adoption agency.
Penalty: $10 000 and 12 months’
imprisonment.
