ADMINISTRATION ACT 1903 - SECT 29
29 . Court may revoke grant of administration
(1) Where
administration of the estate of a person has been granted the Court may, at
any time, upon the application of any person interested in the estate or of
its own motion on the report of the Principal Registrar, revoke the
administration.
