Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) There is to be an
office in the Public Service called the Director of State Records or by
such other name as the Minister from time to time directs.
(2) A person is to be
appointed to the office under Part 3 of the
Public Sector Management Act 1994 .
