Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Commission
must have a record keeping plan that has been approved by the Minister under
this section.
(2) The Commission
must submit its draft record keeping plan to the Minister
within 6 months after this section commences.
(3) The Minister may
approve or refuse to approve the draft plan.
(4) If the Minister
refuses to approve the draft plan the Minister must give reasons for doing so
to the Commission.
(5) If the
Commission’s draft plan is refused approval the Commission must submit
another draft plan within such time as the Minister directs.
(6) If the Commission
wants to amend its record keeping plan it must submit a draft amendment to the
Minister and subsections (3) to (5) apply as if the draft amendment were
a draft plan.
