Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The agency is a
party to an appeal even if it is neither the appellant nor the respondent.
(2) Any other party to
the complaint is entitled to be joined as a party to an appeal under
section 85(1) or (4) in accordance with Rules of Court.
(3) A third party is
entitled to be joined as a party to an appeal under section 85(2) in
accordance with Rules of Court.
