Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The Commissioner may,
in writing, delegate to a member of the staff of the Commissioner the
performance of any of the functions of the Commissioner, other than the power
to make a requirement or decision under section 75, 76 or 77 and the
power to delegate under this section.
