Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) An exemption
certificate ceases to have effect at the end of 2 years after it is
signed unless —
(a) it
is withdrawn by the Premier; or
(b) it
ceases to have effect under section 77; or
(c) it
ceases to apply by reason of an order under section 87(2),
before the end of that
period.
(2)
Subsection (1), other than paragraph (c), does not prevent the
Premier from signing a further exemption certificate in respect of the same
document.
