2 The Acts Amendment (Ministry of Justice) Act 1993
s. 68 reads as follows:

Part 19 — Savings and
transitional
68. Savings
If this Act is not passed until after 1 July 1993, anything
done after that day but before this Act is passed that would have been in
accordance with law if this Act had not come into operation but as a result of
the coming into operation of this Act is contrary to law, is deemed to be in
accordance with law.
”.
3 On the date as at which this compilation was prepared, the
Acts Amendment (ICWA) Act 1996 s. 38, which gives effect to
Sch. 1 it. 4, had not come into operation. It reads as
follows:

Children and Community Services Amendment (Reporting Sexual Abuse of
Children) Act 2008 s. 13 had not come into operation. It reads as
follows:

13. Freedom
of Information Act 1992 amended
(1) The amendments in this section are to the Freedom of Information
Act 1992.
(2) Schedule 1 clause 14(5) is amended after paragraph (b)
by deleting the full stop and inserting —
“
; or
(c) a person who has made, or a person who is mentioned in, a report under
the Children and Community Services Act 2004 section 124B(1);
or
(d) a person who is a notifier as defined in the Children and Community
Services Act 2004 section 240(1), or a person about whom the
information mentioned in that definition is given; or
(e) a person who has given, or a person who is mentioned in, a
notification under the Commonwealth Family Law Act 1975 section 67ZA(2)
or (3) or the Family Court Act 1997 section 160(2) or
(3).
