A Bill for
An Act to effect the removal of a trust from certain land bounded by
Rochdale Road and Whitney Crescent, Mount Claremont.
The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:
1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Trust Removal (Mount Claremont
Land) Act 1998.

2. Commencement
This Act comes into operation on the day on which it receives
the Royal Assent.
3. Removal of trust
5 (1) All that land being portion of Swan Location 1911 and being
Lot 87 on Plan 7542 (Sheet 2), described in Certificate of Title
Volume 1809 Folio 190 and registered in the name of Her
Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second, is, by force of this section,
freed and discharged from the trust declared by the City of Perth
10 in respect of that land by a trust deed made on 7 December
1961.
(2) Plan 7542 is held by the Graphic Bank within the Department of
Land Administration.
(3) The trust deed is deposited with the Department of Land
15 Administration and identified by the document number 30/1961.
