Salaries and Allowances Amendment Bill 2001
A Bill for
An Act to amend the Salaries and Allowances Act 1975.
The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:
1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Salaries and Allowances
Amendment Act 2001.

2. Commencement
This Act comes into operation on the day on which it receives
the Royal Assent.
3. Section 6 amended
5 Section 6(1)(b) of the Salaries and Allowances Act 1975* is
amended by deleting "Select Committees of a House or Joint
Select Committees of Houses, not being in either case Standing
Committees;" and inserting instead --
"
10 committees of a House or joint committees of both Houses;
".
