An Act to repeal the National Rail Corporation Agreement Act 1992.



The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:


1.       Short title
         This Act may be cited as the National Rail Corporation
         Agreement Repeal Act 1999.

2.       Commencement
         This Act comes into operation on a day fixed by proclamation.

3.       Repeal
         The National Rail Corporation Agreement Act 1992 is repealed.
