A Bill for
An Act to amend the Misuse of Drugs Act 1981 to amend the amount
of methylamphetamine determining the court of trial.
The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Part 1 -- Preliminary
1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs
(Methylamphetamine) Amendment Act 2007.
5 2. Commencement
This Act comes into operation on a day fixed by proclamation.

5 Item 80 of Schedule III is amended by deleting "6.0" and
substituting --
" 4.0 ".
