Fair Trading Amendment Bill 2001
A Bill for
An Act to amend the Fair Trading Act 1987.
The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:
1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Fair Trading Amendment Act
2001.
5 2. Commencement
This Act comes into operation on the day it receives the Royal
Assent.

3. Principal Act
In this Act the Fair Trading Act 1987 is referred to as the
principal Act.
4. Section 12 amended
5 Section 12 of the principal Act is amended by inserting in
paragraph (j) of subsection (1) after "place of origin of
goods" --
"
, or the place from which or at which goods or services are
10 supplied,
".
