Energy Safety Levy Bill 2005
A Bill for
An Act to impose the energy safety levy determined under the
Energy Safety Act 2005.
The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:
1. Short title
This is the Energy Safety Levy Act 2005.

2. Commencement
This Act comes into operation on the day on which the Energy
Safety Act 2005 comes into operation.
3. Energy safety levy imposed
5 If a levy is determined under the Energy Safety Act 2005
sections 14(1) and 15 in respect of an energy industry
participant, that levy is imposed in respect of the energy
industry participant.
