Emergency Services Levy Bill 2002
A Bill for
An Act to impose the emergency services levy determined under the
Fire and Emergency Services Authority of Western Australia Act 1998.
The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:
1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Emergency Services Levy
Act 2002.

2. Commencement
This Act comes into operation on the day on which section 15
of the Fire and Emergency Services Legislation (Emergency
Services Levy) Amendment Act 2002 comes into operation.
5 3. Emergency services levy imposed
The emergency services levy determined under Part 6A of the
Fire and Emergency Services Authority of Western Australia
Act 1998 is imposed.
