A Bill for
An Act to amend the Daylight Saving Act 2006.
The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Daylight Saving Amendment Act
(No. 3) 2007.
2. Commencement
5 This Act comes into operation on the day on which it received
the Royal Assent.
3. Principal Act
The amendments in this Act are to the Daylight Saving Act
2006.
10 4. Section 4 amended
(1) Section 4(c) is repealed.
5. Section 5 amended
(1) Section 5(1) is amended by --
(a) deleting "10 May 2009" and substituting "13 April
15 2008";
(b) deleting "13 September 2009" and substituting "18 May
2008".
(2) Section 5(2) is amended by --
(a) deleting "2009" and substituting "2008" and;
20 (b) deleting "2010" and substituting "2009".
