and Agriculture Management Act 2005.
The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Rates and Charges Bill 2005
s. 1
1. Short title
This is the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Rates and
Charges Act 2005.
2. Commencement
5 This Act comes into operation on the day on which the
Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2005 comes into
operation.
3. Relationship with other Acts
Both of the following Acts must be read with this Act as if they
10 formed a single Act --
(a) the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2005;
(b) the Taxation Administration Act 2003.
4. Rates imposition of tax
To the extent that rates referred to in the Biosecurity and
15 Agriculture Management Act 2005 Part 6 Division 1 are a tax,
this Act imposes the rates.
5. Fees and charges -- imposition of tax
To the extent that a fee or charge referred to in the Biosecurity
and Agriculture Management Act 2005 is a tax, this Act
20 imposes the fee.
