A Bill for
An Act to appropriate out of the Consolidated Fund --
· a sum for capital payments made during the year ended
30 June 2004 under the authority of the Treasurer's
Advance Authorisation Act 2003.
The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:
1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Consolidated
Fund) Act (No. 4) 2004.

2. Commencement
This Act comes into operation on the day on which it receives
the Royal Assent.
3. Appropriation for capital purposes
5 The sum of $81 776 310.87 being payments of an extraordinary
or unforeseen nature made under the authority of the
Treasurer's Advance Authorisation Act 2003 and charged to the
Consolidated Fund under that Act, is appropriated for the capital
purposes expressed in Schedule 1.
