Anzac Day Amendment Bill 2003
A Bill for
An Act to amend the Anzac Day Act 1960.
The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:
1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Anzac Day Amendment Act 2003.

2. Commencement
This Act comes into operation on the day on which it receives
the Royal Assent.
3. The Act amended
5 The amendments in this Act are to the Anzac Day Act 1960*.

4. Section 4 amended
Section 4(3) is repealed.
5. Section 10 amended
10 Section 10(2)(a) is deleted.
6. Section 11 amended
Section 11(3)(b) is amended by deleting "Returned Sailors',
Soldiers' & Airmen's Imperial League of Australia, W.A.
Branch," and inserting instead --
