Commencement

2. Commencement



(1) Section 54 comes into operation on 1 January 1992 or, if the Governor in
Council by proclamation published in the Government Gazette fixes an earlier
day for that section to come into operation, that earlier day.

(2) Subject to subsection (1), this Act comes into operation on a day or days
to be proclaimed.
