RETIREMENT VILLAGES (CONTRACTUAL ARRANGEMENTS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2016 (SR NO 78 OF 2016) - REG 1

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Retirement Villages (Contractual Arrangements) Regulations 2006 to—

        (a)     revoke the formula for calculation of the adjusted maintenance charge consequent upon the relocation of that formula to the Retirement Villages Act 1986 by the Consumer Acts and Other Acts Amendment Act 2016 ; and

        (b)     make a number of other related consequential amendments.
