ROAD SAFETY ROAD RULES 2009 (SR NO 94 OF 2009) - REG 106
No buses signs(1) The driver of a bus must not drive past a no buses sign that has information on or with it indicating a mass if the GVM of the bus is more than that mass.
Penalty: 3 penalty units.
Note
Bus and GVM are defined in the Road Safety Act 1986 and with is defined in the dictionary.
(2) The driver of a bus must not drive past a no buses sign that has information on or with it indicating a length if the bus is longer than that length.
Penalty: 3 penalty units.
(3) The driver of a bus must not drive past a no buses sign that has no information on or with it indicating a mass or length.
Penalty: 3 penalty units.
