Chemical testing

The responsible person must ensure that when an aquatic facility is open for use the water in the aquatic facility is tested—

        (a)     at four hourly intervals for—

              (i)     free chlorine and total chlorine (if chlorine used);

              (ii)     free bromine and total bromine (if bromine used);

              (iii)     pH;

        (b)     at weekly intervals for total alkalinity;

        (c)     at monthly intervals for cyanuric acid (if used).

Penalty:     20 penalty units.
