PROTECTED DISCLOSURE REGULATIONS 2013 (SR NO 7 OF 2013) - REG 3

    (1)     These Regulations (except regulation 15) come into operation on 10 February 2013.

    (2)     Regulation 15 comes into operation on the day on which Part 8 of the Integrity and Accountability Legislation Amendment Act 2012 comes into operation.
