Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) A person must not camp or set up an encampment in a designated port.
Penalty: 5 penalty units.
(2) Sub-regulation (1) does not apply to a person who camps, or sets up an encampment in a designated port in accordance with an authority issued by the port manager under regulation 212.
