LABOUR HIRE LICENSING REGULATIONS 2018 (SR NO 179 OF 2018) - REG 19

For the purposes of section 35(1) of the Act, the prescribed annual licence fee is as follows—

        (a)     for a tier 1 business—75 fee units;

        (b)     for a tier 2 business—200 fee units;

        (c)     for a tier 3 business—368 fee units.
