Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsWithin 14 days after the day on which a totalisator or an approved betting competition is conducted by the operator, the operator must provide to the Commission a return of particulars in relation to that totalisator or approved betting competition in the form in Schedule 3 or in any other manner or form that is approved by the Commission.
