BUILDING REGULATIONS 2018 (SR NO 38 OF 2018) - REG 45
Lodgement fees(1) For the purposes of clause 1(d) of Schedule 2 to the Act, the prescribed lodgement fee for the lodging of documents by the relevant building surveyor under section 30 of the Act is 8·23 fee units.
(2) Despite subregulation (1), no lodgement fee is payable for lodging documents in relation to an application for a building permit that relates to a class of building referred to in regulation 281.
