BUILDING REGULATIONS 2018 (SR NO 38 OF 2018) - REG 114
Protection work response notice(1) The notice required to be given by the adjoining owner to the owner under section 85 of the Act agreeing or disagreeing to the proposed protection work or requiring more information must be in accordance with Form 8.
(2) The prescribed information to be contained
in
a notice under section 85 of the Act is the information set out in Form 8.
