WORLD SWIMMING CHAMPIONSHIPS (AMENDMENT) ACT 2006 (NO 66 OF 2006) - SECT 10

After section 70(4) of the Principal Act insert —

    "(5)     Sub-section (1) does not apply to any advertising relating to a Formula One event—

        (a)     displayed during the event period in a Championships venue or a designated access area in Albert Park; and

        (b)     which is authorised under the Australian Grands Prix Act 1994 .".
